Parents tell you about absences and cancel within your rules, book their own make-up lessons, and get a credit or refund as your policy says.

Set your make-up and cancellation rules
Open Settings → Make-ups. Choose how much notice earns a make-up, how long it lasts and how many a student can have each term; how late families can cancel a lesson themselves; and whether a paid lesson cancelled in time is kept as credit or refunded. Press Save. Parents see the rules in plain words.
