Common questions

Is Learna for adults too?

Yes. Each studio decides the ages and levels it teaches. Check the class details before you book.

How do I see my lessons?

Accept the studio’s invitation using the invited email, then open Bookings. Ask the studio if your lessons or learning updates are missing.

What if a parent books my lessons?

Ask your studio to invite you. Your parent or carer can contact the studio to arrange access.

Where do practice ideas come from?

From notes your teacher shares about what you covered and what to practise next.

What if I miss a lesson?

With booking access, report the absence in Bookings before the lesson starts. Make-ups depend on the studio’s policy and available places. Otherwise ask your parent or studio to report it.

Do I need an app or subscription?

No. Learna works in your phone’s browser. You pay your studio for lessons, and there’s nothing extra to pay for Learna.
