Record cash and bank transfers, or connect Stripe so families can pay by card from a link. With Automatic payments enabled, families can opt in to saved-card payments. Card payments go to your Stripe account; Stripe’s fees are separate from your Learna plan.
Yes. Add your holiday dates, then set up day camps or workshops that families book by the day, the week or the whole program, with week prices and sibling or early-bird discounts if you want them. Parents can also find them in Learna’s holiday programs search, near their suburb or their child’s school.
Yes. List your rooms, courts or lanes and put each class in one. Learna won’t let two sessions use the same room at once, or a class take more people than its room holds.

Yes. We can bring across your students, parents, classes and what families owe from a spreadsheet, and check every row before anything changes. Just ask us to switch it on.
